At Gee Emm Industries, we manufacture a wide range of lead alloys tailored to the specific needs of the battery and industrial sectors. Using spectrometer-controlled refining and alloying kettles, we ensure consistent chemistry, mechanical properties, and lot traceability.

Antimonial Lead (Pb-Sb)

  • Sb content: 1.8% to 2.5% (as per requirement)

  • Used in automotive, inverter, and industrial battery grids

  • Improves hardness, strength, and corrosion resistance

Selenium Lead (Pb-Se)

  • Small selenium additions for fine grain structure (over 0.025%)

  • Reduces grid growth, enhances conductivity, preferred in modern low-maintenance batteries

Calcium Lead (Pb-Ca-Sn)

  • Advanced alloys with 0.03–0.10% Ca and controlled Sn

  • Provides mechanical strength with low water loss

  • Suitable for sealed maintenance-free (SMF/VRLA) batteries

Tin Lead (Pb-Sn)

  • Improves corrosion resistance and durability

  • Used in specialty applications like radiation shielding, cable sheathing, and soldering alloys
